Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or request a project, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Who we are
Adcenter ("we", "us") operates https://adcenter.agency and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Address: Saint Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland. You can contact us at any time at hello@adcenter.agency.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data you submit: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and business name.
- Project data you submit in the briefing form: business details, opening hours, goals, design preferences, links to your existing website or social profiles.
- Payment data: when you pay a deposit, the payment itself is processed by Stripe. We receive the transaction status and your billing contact details, never your full card number.
- Technical data: IP-derived approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source and campaign parameters.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To answer your enquiry and to deliver the website you ordered — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
- To take payment and keep accounting records — contract and legal obligation.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website performance — consent (cookies and similar technologies) or legitimate interest for strictly necessary measurement.
- To send you service messages about your project — contract. Marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We only share data with processors who help us run the service: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, Stripe for payments, and Meta for advertising measurement where you have consented. We never sell your personal data.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Advertising and measurement
With your consent we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to understand which ads bring visitors and orders. When we send events from our server, identifiers such as your email or phone number are hashed before transmission. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and briefings that do not become projects: up to 24 months.
- Client project records: for the duration of the project and 7 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
- Analytics and consent records: up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@adcenter.agency and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
8. Security
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access to client briefings is restricted to authenticated Adcenter staff accounts.
9. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
